About Me
Nasiba Akhter is a dedicated Islamic educator, academic writer, and founder of The Sacred Institute and Sacred Halaqa, both platforms committed to nurturing spiritual, intellectual, and emotional well-being among Muslim youth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from Charles Sturt University, she combines classical Islamic scholarship with contemporary pedagogy to create transformative learning experiences.
Through her innovative courses like Soulful Salah, Juz Amma Explorers, and the upcoming ‘Light within” inspired by Gazzali children project, she helps students deepen their understanding of faith, build resilience, and apply Islamic principles to modern life. She is also known for organizing youth-centered discussion circles featuring renowned scholars, focusing on relevant topics such as mental health, faith challenges, and spiritual growth.
In addition to her teaching roles, Nasiba contributes scholarly research in Islamic spirituality and modern-day application, with publications on Academia.edu exploring topics like purification of the heart, faith struggles, and historical analysis.
